SocialShot AI, a brand operated by All World Enterprises, Sole Proprietorship (India) ("we") is the data fiduciary for personal data processed through the SocialShot AI Service. Contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@socialshot.ai for privacy requests.

Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (via Clerk), and billing metadata.

Usage data: feature usage, generation history, credit consumption, device/browser type, IP address, and log timestamps.

Customer Content: images, brand profiles, prompts, and outputs you create or upload.

Payment data: processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.

We process personal data to provide the Service, authenticate users, prevent fraud, bill for credits, comply with law, and improve reliability. Where consent is required under the DPDP Act, we obtain it through account creation and the clickwrap acceptance flow.

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, storage), authentication (Clerk), payment processors, AI model providers, and product analytics providers (PostHog, Microsoft Clarity) strictly to deliver and improve the Service. We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Some subprocessors may process data outside India. We implement contractual and technical safeguards consistent with applicable law and DPDP requirements for cross-border transfers where required.

We retain account and generation data while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, tax, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion subject to lawful retention obligations.

Under the DPDP Act you may request access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal. Email grievance@socialshot.ai with your registered email and request details. We respond within timelines prescribed by law.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring appropriate to a cloud SaaS platform. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's personal data.
