Do not generate or upload content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech, harassment, malware, or designed to deceive consumers (including undisclosed deepfakes of real persons).

Do not generate or attempt to generate nude, partially nude, topless, lingerie, bikini or swimwear imagery presented in a sexualised manner, or any sexually suggestive, pornographic, or otherwise adult or explicit content of any person. SocialShot AI is for commercial fashion, product, and marketing content only and applies filters designed to refuse such requests.

No automated account creation, credit farming, scraping, penetration testing without consent, circumvention of technical limits, or resale of API access without authorisation.

Do not impersonate individuals or brands without rights or consent. Virtual try-on and model features must not misrepresent fit, material, or regulatory claims.

When using Custom Model (upload or describe), you must only supply reference images or descriptions of people you have permission to depict. See our Custom Model Terms for full requirements.
