Custom Model Terms

These Custom Model Terms apply when you use the Custom Model feature to supply a reference face via image upload or text description in Product Photos or Studio Photos.

They supplement our Terms of Service, AI Services Addendum, and Acceptable Use Policy.

You confirm that you own each reference image or have written consent from the person depicted to use their likeness for AI-generated marketing images.

You confirm the reference is not a celebrity, influencer, politician, or other public figure, and is not a third party whose likeness you are not authorized to use.

You will not use generated outputs to imply endorsement, partnership, sponsorship, or official affiliation by any person or brand.

Upload only people you have permission to use — your own talent, staff, or models with a signed release.

Do not upload images found online, from social media, films, advertisements, or stock libraries unless you hold explicit likeness rights for AI marketing use.

We record your acceptance of these terms with timestamp, IP address, and user-agent for compliance purposes.

Each generation using a custom model reference may be linked to your acceptance record and a fingerprint of the reference supplied.

We may suspend access if we reasonably believe references violate these terms or applicable law.
