AI Services Addendum

This Addendum supplements the Terms of Service for features that invoke third-party or proprietary AI models, including product photos, virtual try-on, UGC videos, ad creatives, and caption generation.

We do not use your Customer Content to train foundation models for general-purpose AI products. Customer Content is processed ephemerally or stored in your account solely to deliver requested outputs, subject to our retention policy.

Outputs may be produced using third-party AI providers. Their usage policies apply in addition to ours. We select providers with commercial-use terms suitable for marketing assets, but you must verify suitability for your jurisdiction and channel.

Unless you opt out in writing, we may display anonymised or watermarked examples of Service capabilities in marketing materials. We will not identify your brand without permission.

We may block prompts or outputs that violate law, our Acceptable Use Policy, or provider safety rules. Repeated violations may result in suspension.

AI features depend on upstream model availability. We may change models, quality tiers, or credit pricing with reasonable notice where practicable.
