Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your account and the personal data SocialShot AI, a brand operated by All World Enterprises, Sole Proprietorship (India), holds about you. We honour deletion requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), subject to lawful retention obligations.

In-app: open Settings and use the Delete Account option to start the deletion flow.

By email: send a request to support@socialshot.ai from your registered email address with the subject line "Account deletion request". Include your account email so we can verify and locate your data.

We delete your account profile, brand profiles, prompts, generation history, and uploaded Customer Content associated with your account.

Certain records may be retained for the period required by law, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. We delete or anonymise such records once those obligations lapse.

Some data held by our processors (for example authentication via Clerk and payment metadata via our payment partners) is deleted in line with their retention practices.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 24 hours and complete verified deletions within the timelines prescribed by applicable law.
