2. How to lodge a complaint

Send an email to grievance@socialshot.ai with: (a) your name and contact details; (b) a clear description of the grievance; (c) URLs or screenshots if applicable; (d) the relief sought.

3. Acknowledgement & resolution

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days, or within timelines prescribed by applicable law, whichever is shorter.

4. Appeals

If unsatisfied with our resolution, you may escalate as permitted under the IT Rules 2021 and DPDP Act, including applicable appellate mechanisms notified by the Government of India.
