Refund & Cancellation Policy

Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the Service due to a verified platform fault.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in account billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

If a generation fails due to a platform error, credits are typically restored automatically. Contact support@socialshot.ai if you believe a charge was applied in error.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Refund requests: support@socialshot.ai with your account email and transaction reference.
